How long does shipping take?

We currently ship to customers across the United States.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–9 business days after processing.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, Sovero ships within the United States only.

We plan to expand to more countries in the future.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.


What if my package is delayed?

While most orders arrive within 5–9 business days, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High shipping demand
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays

If your package appears delayed, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.


My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package

Please check the following first:

  • Around your mailbox or front door
  • With neighbors or household members
  • With your local carrier

If the package still cannot be located, contact our support team and we will help investigate the issue.
